We hired Freedom Plumbing to do a bathroom remodel, because he came highly recommended. From the minute he walked through the door, he lived up to that recommendation. Just by looking at the bathroom and listening to our wish list, he knew exactly what needed to be done and explained it so even I could understand it. During demolition I noticed a small leak in a water line (demo done by a different contractor) and Steve came over that night, well after business hours, and capped all lines to solve that problem. When it came time for his part, Steve was on time, professional and extremely thorough. The finished product looks great and he cleaned everything when he was done, even things that weren't his mess. I could go on, but I'll just say that Freedom Plumbing will be our go to for any and all plumbing needs in the future. I highly recommend Steve. You won't be disappointed.

He worked late on a Saturday to help out an elderly friend of mine. He was prompt, kind, patient, professional, and left her with a smile on her face and a beautifully working kitchen sink. Stephen is wonderful! I contacted him about my upstairs shower leaking through our kitchen ceiling and although he didn’t have any availability until 10 days later— he talked with me and tried to help give me some tips to be able to use my shower in the meantime. Steve is the best! I have now called him twice. The first time, last year, my tub was very clogged and nothing was working to unclog. He called me to troubleshoot but nothing would work. He came over the next day and unclogged it fast! The second time was today. I called him because I had a new washer installed and when I was testing, water was spewing out of the exit hose. I sent Steve a message on FB and he called within a half hour and he troubleshoot with me over the phone! He walked me through fixing it and no more leaking! Steve came out to my home to research a problem with hot water that ended up being an issue with my boiler. Although steve does not advertise or search for work on boilers he began to research options for a bad coil in my boiler. Typically this is not in his scope of work, and in his time researching and calling around with me we came to the conclusion all options were going to be 6-8 thousand in cost. Steve was not settled knowing that was going to cost me that much. He took it upon himself to track down a brand new coil and step out of his normal scope of work to save me 5-6 thousand. He worked all day was friendly with my dogs and was professional around my fiancee. His clean-up and suggestions are worth everything. He is overly fair on pricing and I wouldn't recommend anyone but Steve.

I called Steve late on a Sunday night with a leaky furnace- it was leaking water all over my basement floor. He talked me through what could be wrong over the phone and it was well beyond my knowledge and ability. Steve offered to come out the same evening but I explained that wasn’t necessary as it was already late. He came out the very next day, a mere half a day later, and was able to fix the issue and return our lives and basement back to normal. I had another great experience with steve from Freedom plumbing and heating today. He moved around his schedule to accommodate mine which by itself was extremely nice of him. When he got to my house he was friendly and put me right at ease. I had multiple issues to correct with my shower and installing a new vanity. I was inquiring some assistance finding a plumber when Stephen reached out to me. We discussed what I was having issues with and Stephen gave me a quote. Fast, curious, and professional! Freedom Plumbing and Heating was referenced from someone in the industry. Issues were experienced late in the evening and Steve at Freedom was contacted in the morning. He arrived as planned to repair the service valves for the main waterline coming into the house. After replacing the compromised gates valves with Ball valves, Steve (per my request) installed a new hot water heater and brought out service up to code, the very next day. Steve arrived on-time, was professional, and for our situation, did not break the bank for quality services. Good services are hard to come by these days, however not for Freedom Plumbing and Heating.
